Strategic Insight

A great creative brief is where it all starts. It is important to comb through the strategy,  brand, research, and insights from the client about their needs. Formulating a plan on how to solve the clients challenges that creates a supporting foundation for the solution. Market research, opposition research and social media strategy’s can all lead to an insight that will guide the entire creative process, and ultimately end up in a single, guiding “seed” idea that creative can tie back into.

Inspiration

Inspiration can come from anywhere. Always searching for my next muse. Gather ideas from travels, architecture (new and old) and other successful and memorable experiences. It is important to be aware of current trends that can support the clients brand and vision. Pushing the creative envelope to provide the ultimate experience.

Space Planning

In developing a successful experience, the space itself is one of the largest driving forces of what the environment will look like and how the experience will unfold. Bubble Diagrams, Merchandising Plans, Zone Plans, Flow Diagrams, Experience Plans, and Traffic Plans help to visualize how the space functions.  These processes help indicate budget allowances associated with the project.

Concept Development

This is where the magic happens. The look and feel for the initial concept in the space. This often happens through a Sketch, a white model or 3D model screenshots.

Design Development
+ Visualization

After the concept is approved, the creative strategy, experience, technology and visualization of the final design (including engagements) is brought to life. Realistic renderings and fly through animations are created for sales supporting presentation materials.

Construction + Estimating Drawings

Detailed drawings support the concept that ultimately become reality. These drawings are meant to help break down the individual elements and support estimating to generate a holistic price for the architecture, experience engagements, technology, furniture, lighting, .custom constructed elements, install, dismantle and any components that is driven by the creative concept.
